At the Everyone Active Stadium in Clevedon, you can come along for mobility, stretching and strengthening exercises specifically designed to improve or slow down the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. 

The class is delivered by a qualified ‘Exercise with Neurological Conditions’ instructor

When: Wednesdays at 11am
