There is a wide range of physical activities to cater for beginners, those returning to exercise and those who want to try something different in a fun and social environment.

If you are looking for inclusive opportunities to take up sport and physical activity, please visit the Inclusive Sport and Activity page. Lots of the below activities are also inclusive but please contact the instructor with any questions.
