Exercise based cancer rehab classes offer a gentle but effective workout in a safe and welcoming environment. Designed to help those living with, or recovering from cancer to regain strength, flexibility, and confidence, all while working at your own pace.

When: Wednesdays at 9am

Where: Parish Wharf Leisure Centre, Harbour Road, Portishead, BS20 7DD

Costs: £7 per session
