North Somerset Walk Fest Provider Terms and Conditions

By submitting the above details for this walk or event, I confirm that:

1. The provider has public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5m;
2. Licences and health and safety arrangements (including risk assessments) will be made where appropriate;
3. Appropriate safeguarding measures will be in place. Under 16s will be accompanied by an adult;
4. The details of the walk or event are correct;
5. Walk or event planning and arrangements are sufficiently developed for publication;
6. I’m authorised to advertise this walk or event.

I accept that:

1. North Somerset Council is not financially supporting any costs associated with the delivery of the walk or event;
2. North Somerset Council reserves the right not to include walks or events that are deemed inappropriate;
3. North Somerset Council reserves the right to withdraw a walk or event from North Somerset Walk Fest;
4. North Somerset Council accepts no liability (either financial or otherwise) for a walk or activity being withdrawn from North Somerset Walk Fest;
5. North Somerset Council accepts no responsibility for errors in the published walk or event details on the website or in the programme; 
6. North Somerset Council accepts no liability whatsoever for acts or omissions on the part of the provider nor does it accept any liability arising out of the walk or activity;
7. Information, as detailed in the registration form, will be displayed on the internet and can be viewed by the general public;
8. By submitting a walk or event, I am also agreeing to North Somerset Council using the details provided for North Somerset Walk Fest marketing purposes;
9. The named contact for bookings/enquiries will be responsible for handling any requests for additional walk or activity information.

I agree to:

1. Notify the North Somerset Walk Fest team immediately of any changes to or cancellation of the walk or event by emailing: GetActive@n-somerset.gov.uk 
2. Use the North Somerset Council Walk Fest logo and Better Health North Somerset logo on all walk or event publicity and to actively communicate North Somerset Walk Fest to my networks;
3. Actively participate in the post-event evaluation. This will include handing out surveys to all participants taking part in the walk/activity, completing an online organiser survey and submitting participation numbers via emai
