Aquafit Rehab is a recovery and rehabilitation exercise class for sports injuries, health conditions or relaxation. The class benefits from the low impact, supported movements that the pool has to offer.
The class runs on Tuesdays at 2.30pm at Parish Wharf Leisure Centre on Harbour Roa
